SELF-FITNESS.
Holy fucking shit, what a run. I’m not a runner. My knees are weak and my hip joints cry. But I just literally “ran away” from my problems today. It’s been an emotional day for me. -_____-So instead of finding someone to just “talk to,” I just ran away.And I ended up running around SF for 6 miles. On a good day, my best is 3. Saw the best views near sunset and now I’m tired as shit, but I feel fucking fantastic. I’m so fucking proud of myself. I don’t think I’ll be able to do this again for a while, I was running on pure emotion. Wow. Wow. Wow. What an emotional run.
